1). Kindly note that names of hotels mentioned in the proposed hotels only indicate that our rates have been based on usage of these hotels and it is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey such confirmation to you. In case the accommodation is not available at any of the above mentioned hotels we shall book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/reduction whatever applicable) to you.

2). Our offer is based on usage of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise) and if this category of rooms is not available we shall try to confirm accommodation in next available higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved while conveying the status.

3). We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations, weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to the cost

4). Himalayan National Park at Kufri and Advance Studies at Shimla, Roerich Art Gallery and State Museum are Closed at Monday.

5). Rohatang Pass is closed on Tuesday for general tourists but the travelers who want to travel to Lahaul, Leh and Spiti can move even on Tuesday. Reaching at the top of Rohatang Pass during the peak season depends entirely upon the road traffic as during peak season due to traffic jam the vehicles can not go beyond certain points. It is advised to drive early in order to reach the top. The company does not own any responsibility of additional transport/vehicles/ponies hired to reach the top. The same has to be on direct payment basis at the spot.From November to April the Rohatang Pass remains close due to heavy snow and the vehicles go till the snow point only. The Pass is accessible from May first week to November only.

6). Sightseeing in Chandigarh shall depend entirely on the arrival and departure details of the guest and subject to time on the given day. Since it is very difficult to do the sightseeing on the day when guest travels from Manali to Chandigarh because of the road condition and checkout time of the guest.

7). Please note the Ready made packages are designed strictly on the detailed itinerary being attached any extra sightseeing and excursion is subject to a supplement cost as per the actual.

8). It is mandatory to carry the Photo identity Proof during travel and have to be presented at the time of Check Inn in all hotels for security reason.

***New Important Notification of Rohtang Pass***

Update about Rohatang Pass :-

NGT has removed additional Cess on Rohtang Entry but they have continued with restriction of 1000 Vehicle per day . Even now Excursion to Rohatang pass still remains difficult to travelers as you are never sure if you are going to get there at given day or not. As per the new procedure the DTDO ( Distt Tourism Development Officer) has been assigned to issue the permits to allow the vehicles to go to Rohatang Pass. Only 75 Diesel Vehicles +200 Petrol Vehicles ( Non Himachali+ Non Manali) are allowed to go to Rohatang Pass. Where as Only 275 Diesel Vehicles +400 Petrol Vehicles ( Manali Taxi Union) are allowed to go to Rohatang Pass. Out of This 50 Tempo Travelers (Diesel Vehicles from Manali Taxi Union will be allowed to go to Rohatang Pass.

The permits for the same can be obtained only on the prior day not in advance. In these circumstances it is very difficult for the driver to obtain permits on sure basis as despite of standing in the que nobody is sure if the permission can be obtained or not. On June 8,2015 NGT is going to pass the new orders in this case , the final position will be cleared only after getting the new orders from NGT is this case.

NGT removes environment tax on taxis plying between Manali and Rohtang.
